Registration Forms
Registration is a three step process:
Register and pay on-line or at an in person registration event. IF REGISTERING ONLINE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE POP WARNER REGISTRATION PAPERWORK. THE ONLY REGISTRATION PAPERWORK THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE REGISTRATION PAPERWORK PACKET PROVIDED BY SOUTH COAST YOUTH FOOTBALL.
Pick-up a paperwork packet. (Check our Calendar for packet pick-up dates.)
Attend the Mandatory Paperwork Turn In Registration Event on May 19th and turn in player’s mandatory paperwork.
If you are attending the Early Bird Registration please print out and bring with you the current year Manual Registration Form and current year SCYF Policies and bring with you to the in person event.
Required Paperwork
Due to state and local laws, Pop Warner participants in Orange County are Required to submit Original OEC Copies of:
Current year Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
Current year Physical Fitness & Medical History Form
Printed copies or photocopies can not be accepted. A player will not be certified to play without the original forms.
Additional paperwork that is required for each player is:
Copy of birth certificate (we will need to certify this against the original birth certificate at the time of submission)
2 – 2″x2″ identical, recent photos (cheer participants we only need one photo)
3 copies of the full year current report card
PLEASE NOTE:
Packets will be available with registration instructions and required forms at various Registration events February-May.
The calendar will continue to be updated with dates and times.
Current year Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form, current year Physical Fitness & Medical History Form and 2×2 photo MUST be turned in at the Mandatory Player Paperwork Turn-In Event.
Per OEC guidelines we are only able to accept the original OEC forms with original signatures for the current year Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form and the current year Physical Fitness & Medical History Form. These forms are provided in our registration packets. Please do not use any online forms or photocopied forms as we will not be able to accept them.
If you choose to mail in your paperwork, It must be postmarked June 1st
Full Year Report Cards are due by July 1st.
The Manual Registration Form and SCYF Policies forms only need to be completed if you are registering in person. You do not need to complete these if you are registering online as the forms are already included in the online process.

Out Of Conference Waivers
The OEC Waiver is to be used for all players that reside outside of the South Coast Boundaries of San Clemente, Dana Point, Capo Beach, Camp Pendleton, Laguna Niguel & Laguna Beach.
OEC League Waiver (city to city)
The Out of Conference Waiver is to be used for all players that reside outside of the OEC Conference.
